Winter Special Pahadi Chicken

In a pan add dry red chilies, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves and ginger. Dry roast then add little bit water and make a paste.

Wash the chicken pieces very well. Then in a kadai add oil, heat oil add chicken pieces, turmeric and red chilli powder. Fry the chicken for 5-7 mintues in medium high flame. Remove the chicken and keep aside.

Same oil add whole spices, saute for 1 seconds and add finely chopped onion. Saute until the onion becomes soft. Add ginger garlic paste, then add chopped tomatoes and salt.

When the tomatoes becomes soft add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, saute then add special Pahadi masala paste and coriander leaves. Mix well then add chicken. Continuously stirring for 5-7 mintues in medium flame. Then add water and cover the kadai. Cook until the chicken becomes soft and gravy is thick.Off the gas flame and rest for 3-5 mintues. Then serve with nun or rice.
