Heat a large pot of water with the coarse salt and bring to a boil.

Add the macaroni and cook for 10 minutes on low heat after the water returns to a boil.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the Roquefort into cubes.

Slice the lomo into strips.

Drain the pasta.

Put the Roquefort in the pot, add the cream, and stir with a wooden spoon until melted.

Add the chili powder, spice blend, and garlic powder. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.

Add the lomo and mix well.

Add the macaroni and stir to combine.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
