Collect fresh mushrooms clean well. Finely chop the onion, garlic, fresh mint and basil leaves. Keep it aside.

Keep a non-stick fry pan on medium heat, add butter and ghee, chopped mint leaves,basil leaves,garlic and onion fry till golden brown. Then add the mushrooms, pepper powder,salt saute for five minutes in low flame. Add oregano and basil powder. Mix well and remove from heat.

Tasty mushroom ghee roast is ready to serve. Transfer to a serving plate.Enjoy the healthy and tasty starter, mushroom ghee roast.
