  • 8small tortillas
  • 500 gminced beef or chicken
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa

Steps

Total Time: 20 mins prep + 15 mins cook

    Cook meat with onion, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until browned.

    Warm tortillas in a pan.

  3. 3

    Fill tortillas with meat and toppings.

Tips

Keep fillings warm and tortillas wrapped in a clean towel for soft, pliable tacos
