Spicy Pickle Crackers

These Spicy Pickle Crackers are not here to play it safe 🥒🔥
Crunchy, buttery crackers tossed in a bold, tangy pickle punch with just enough heat to keep things interesting. They start off zippy and savory, then sneak in that slow, addictive spice that has you reaching back into the bag “for just one more”… over and over again.
Perfect for snacking, sharing (or not), and guaranteed to wake up your taste buds with every crunchy bite. Warning: once you start, self-control becomes optional. 😏

Steps
- 1
Combine crackers in a large ziplock bag.
- 2
Add olive oil, ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, pickle juice, and pepper flakes.
- 3
Seal and shake the bag to coat evenly. Let sit for 3 hours (or if you just can't wait, at least 30 minutes)
- 4
Spread crackers on a baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- 5
Cool for at least 10 minutes before storing in a ziplock or airtight container.
Tips
For more pickle taste, add 2 extra tablespoons of pickle juice. Omit red pepper flakes if you prefer less spice.
