First, cut the chillies and remove the seeds. Now, add salt to the middle cut and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then take it in a sieve and let it drain.

Dry roast fennel, cumin, coriander and fenugreek. When it cool, grind them coarsely in a mixer jar. Add mustard dal(kuriya) to it and grind them once again on pulse mode for 1 time.

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and turmeric and turn off the gas. Now add required amount of masala mixture and chopped jaggery, mix and keep aside for a while. The jaggery will melt immediately.

Stuff the prepared masala in red chillies. Fill the chillies in a jar. The pickle will be ready to eat in a day. The hot and sweet pickle of red chillies is ready.
Tips
if you want to store the pickle , add more oil in pickle .
it can be store for 8 to 10 days in refrigerator as it is .
