  1. 1 bunchkales
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 3 tbspoil

Steps

15 minutes.
  1. 1

    Fry the chopped onions In 2 tbsp of oil.

  2. 2

    Fry till soft. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir.

  3. 3

    Leave for a few minutes, add the chopped kale.

  4. 4

    Stir and mix then cover for a few minutes and serve with hot ugali.
