Roasted Oven Hamburgers with Lemon and Oregano Potatoes

I know that everyone, even me enjoys the BBQ. Eating those thick, juicy, hardy grilled hamburgers…yum yum. But there is also another version in regards to cooking hamburgers, roasting. This recipe’s hamburger taste’s just as delicious as the grilled hamburger, roasted together with potatoes based in lemon, oregano, thyme. A Greek homemade recipe from beginning to end. 🙂

Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, start off by putting the stale bread into water to soak for about 5 minutes, or if you keep stale bread in your freezer, let it soak for about 15 minutes. Slice potatoes into 4 halves, and wash thoroughly before placing into the baking pan. Layer potatoes at the base of the pan, and sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper, and pour 1/2 cup of olive oil, toss.
- 2
In a bowl toss in the beef, diced onions, grated tomatoes, red vinegar, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper. If your stale bread has softened up then add this into your bowl and blend by using your hands, so that it all combines nicely. Form 4 large patties and place onto potatoes. Pour the rest of the Olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper, and add 2 cups of water.
- 3
Tip: Stale bread and red vinegar helps the hamburger mix stay juicy, and soft while roasting.
- 4
Bake for 1 hour and 180 degrees.

Easy Mouth-Watering Hamburgers Easy Mouth-Watering Hamburgers
I used Yammy's recipe from a book called "3-Step Cooking" as a reference to make hamburger patties, and there were lots of requests for patties, so I uploaded this recipe. It really is simple, but they can be served at dinner as juicy hamburgers with no problem.Try making these at least once when it is too much of a pain to cook something. It's really good, and you will all be surprised. You don't have to knead the ground meat. I just used prepackaged hamburgers straight out of the package, placed all of the ingredients on top, and microwaved without using plastic wrap in the original recipe. For those of you worried about the mess, cover with paper towels when microwaving. My microwave is 500 W. Cook 3 patties for 7 minutes at 600 W, 5 minutes at 700 W, 4 1/2 minutes at 900 W, and 4 minutes at 1000 W. Microwave times varies by machine, so adjust accordingly while keeping an eye on it. Beef and Pork Hamburger Steaks With Salt-Leek Sauce Beef and Pork Hamburger Steaks With Salt-Leek Sauce
I love beef tongue with leek-salt sauce! I used inexpensive mixed ground meat to make hamburgers using that type of sauce. If you are cooking these at a table on a griddle, make them thin and press down hard on them with a spatula, and also make them bite size. Enjoy with a squeeze of lemon on so that they taste like beef tongue.Microwaved onions won't cool down immediately, so if you complete step 1 before everything else, your workflow will go smoothly.I wanted to have the feeling of eating "meat!" so I didn't add any fillers or binders such as bread crumbs or egg. Homemade Hamburgers With Handmade Buns Homemade Hamburgers With Handmade Buns
I wanted to make delicious hamburgers easily at home. Finish the 1st rising the day before, then just make the burgers in the morning in the microwave and bake the buns. I used the hamburger bun recipe by Dokintan as a guide for this recipe.I tried completing the 1st rising for the bun dough the day before, for when I am short on time. If you want to make the dough the day you're going to eat the burgers, reduce the milk by 10 g, choose the "quick bake" program of the bread machine, and take the dough out 40 minutes after you press start. The dough will have completed its 1st rising. From then on just rest for 10 minutes, and proceed to the 2nd rising. For 6 hamburgers. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan -
