2 servings
  • 3 podskohlrabi
  • 2 tablespooncurd
  • Salt,
  • sugar to taste
  • One teaspoon oil
  • Mustard seeds,
  • pinch of asafoetida
  • Coriander leaves

Steps

    Wash, wipe and peel kohlrabi pods

    Grate with grater.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add grated kohlrabi, salt, sugar and curd. Mix well.

    Heat a tadka pan add little mustard seeds, pinch of cumin seeds and asafoetida. Pour this tadka to salad. Mix well. Enjoy with lunch.
