Assemble the ingredients

In a frying pan add butter, add chopped garlic, chopped onion & saute till golden brown.

Add grated cartot, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli & stir well.

Add blunched sweet corn, milk & cook for few minutes.

Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt & cook for few minutes on low flame.

Add grated cheese, stir well & switch off the flame after the mixture thickens.

Sandwich filling is done.Take bread slices, spread the prepared filling evenly, place a cheese slice & then cover with another bread slice.

Heat a tawa with butter, place the sandwich & toast under low flame till crisp & golden brown.

Flip & toast the other side. Corn sandwich is ready to serve.

Serve the delicious corn sandwich with hot tomato soup.
