In a bowl, mix Gulabjamun mix with 2 tbsp water. Knead into a smooth dough.

Divide dough into small portions and roll into balls.

In a pan, add sugar and enough water to cover. Boil to make sugar syrup (chachani), then turn off heat.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the balls until golden brown.

Dip fried balls in warm sugar syrup. Let them soak until they absorb syrup.

Sprinkle cardamom powder over soaked gulabjamun.

Place on a serving plate, garnish with almond flakes, and serve immediately.
Tips
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a golden color. Soak the gulabjamun in syrup for at least 10 minutes for the best flavor.
