Add salt, black pepper, finely chopped cashews, ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.

Add grated cheese and lemon juice to the mixture, mix again.

In a separate plate, grate paneer and mix with crushed cashews, salt, black pepper, and cornflour.

Take a portion of the paneer mixture, flatten it in your palm, fill with the prepared stuffing, and shape into kebabs.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Place kebabs and cook on low heat until golden on both sides.

Tips
For extra flavor, you can add some chopped mint leaves to the stuffing.
