Collect fresh tomatoes clean and add into the pressure cooker add some water. Cook it for two whistles. Let it cool. Chop the parsley leaves. Keep it aside.

Take a mixer jar, add the cooked tomatoes. Grind into smooth puree. Keep it ready.

Keep a fry pan on low heat add butter and bread pieces. Fry till it becomes crispy and golden colour.

Take a bowl add corn flour and half a cup of water, mix well and keep aside.

Keep a deep pan on medium heat add butter and chopped garlic pieces.Saute for one minute and pour the tomato puree and corn flour mix. Add salt and mix well.

Let it boil for five minutes or till the raw smell goes out. Super tasty tomato soup is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl and add fried bread pieces and chopped parsley. Enjoy the healthy and tasty tomato soup with crunchy bread pieces.
