Steps

Mix, salt and flour(300g). Yeast, sugar, and water

After the dry ingredients mixed, insert the wet mix, and combine using fork or spoon, let it proofed for 15 minutes

After proofing, knead and shaped the dough into a ball and rest for 15 minutes

At this point the dough can be used, but if you want for it to be more fluffy, youcan proofed it again for 30 minutes
Tips
The time measurements is for hot temperature
Depending on your places (temperature), double the proofing time, until the dough is twice it sizes
30g left over flour is used for flouring the fought so it's not sticky
