Steps

Combine all the ingridient, mixed the dry first before inserting the water

Add a pinch of flour, knead it for a bit, and shaped it into a rough ball, then ferment it for 15 minutes

Cutted the ball into half, and shape it, ferment again for 30 minutes. While fermenting, preheat the oven at 250°C / 500°F

Score the dough and spray it with water

Bake for 10 minutes

Took out the bread, then scored and spray it again. Bake for another 10 minutes

Let it rest for 10-30 minutes
Tips
1 hours in hot temperature
4 hours if cold (around)
Or just proofed it until it double in sizes
