Ingredients

1 hour
6-8 people
  • 2 lbsground beef
  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupsHeavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 cupsSharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbspMustard (optional)
  • 1 tspHimalayan salt
  • 1 tsponion powder (optional)
  • 1 tspgarlic granules (optional)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Grease a 9x13 casserole dish with butter

  3. 3

    In large skillet, brown ground beef until it is dry with no liquid left in the pan

  4. 4

    Seasoning ground beef with Salt and other seasonings as desired

  5. 5

    In medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and mustard

  6. 6

    Spoon 1/2 of the ground beef into the casserole dish

  7. 7

    Layer 1 1/2 cups of cheese on top of the ground beef

  8. 8

    Layer the remaining ground beef on top of the cheese

  9. 9

    Pour egg and cream mixture over the ground beef evenly

  10. 10

    Top with the remaining cheese

  11. 11

    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes

  12. 12

    Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes

  13. 13

    Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving
