Take a mixer jar add leftover idlis and grind it into a power. Keep the leftover Idly in the refrigerator, so that it's easy to grind.

Chop onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Keep it aside.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal curry leaves, chopped onion and tomato. Saute till it becomes soft.

Add the idly powder and salt mix it well for few minutes. Add the chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and take out from flame.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Leftover Idly becomes a super tasty idly upma. Enjoy it for dinner or breakfast.
