Steps

Syrup - in a heavy bottomed pan add sugar and water and bring it to a medium boil, stir to dissolve the sugar. The sugar syrup should not be thin or thick

Kheer Poa - In a bowl add Maida or All Purpose Flour, oil and mix well, add kheer and mix to make a hard dough.

Roll out like a Luchi size but thick in size.

In a pan heat ghee, add the poa and fry, add to syrup and soak for 15 mins

Plate and enjoy a classic
Tips
The dough should be tight
The size of Poa should be like Luchi and not thin as a Luchi
