Ingredients

Prep time. -10 mins, Cooking-10 mins, Soak-15 mins
6-8 servings
  1. Syrup
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. Kheer Poa
  5. 1.5 cupAll Purpose Flour
  6. 1/2 cupkheer or khoya
  7. 1 Tbspghee
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2/3 cupwater
  10. 2 cupsghee to fry

Steps

Prep time. -10 mins, Cooking-10 mins, Soak-15 mins
  1. 1

    Syrup - in a heavy bottomed pan add sugar and water and bring it to a medium boil, stir to dissolve the sugar. The sugar syrup should not be thin or thick

    Kheer Poa - In a bowl add Maida or All Purpose Flour, oil and mix well, add kheer and mix to make a hard dough.

    Roll out like a Luchi size but thick in size.

    In a pan heat ghee, add the poa and fry, add to syrup and soak for 15 mins

Tips

The dough should be tight
The size of Poa should be like Luchi and not thin as a Luchi
