Heat oven to 350 °F

Chop stem of 10 portobello mushroom. Mince 1 cup garlic. Mince 1 cup onion.

In a olive oil nonstick frying pan saute chopped mushroom, minced garlic and minced onion.

Transfer sauted minced veggies to a bowl

In a bowl combine sautéed veggies panko breadcrumbs with cream cheese and bacon.

Place 10 potabello mushroom on baking pan. Fill each potabello mushroom with filling

Cover mushroom with 2 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and place in oven for 30- 45 minutes

Mushroom are done when golden brown
Tips
Add chives for garnish
