Add tomatoes, green chili, salt, and turmeric powder. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Add capsicum, cabbage, and carrot. Cover and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.

Add the cut roti pieces and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tips
For a crunchier texture, add the vegetables just after the tomatoes are lightly cooked. You can also include cabbage and carrots for added flavor and nutrition.
