I hope you guys like the cinder toffee I made it long time ago I hope that works! I won't add the pictures because I don't have sugar. the picture of my cinder toffee at the top is my first one it tasted like toffee but was not bubbly in side but my second one so this recipe was bubbly! Please show me your pic

First put the sugar then the water then the baking powder and the golden syrup into a (small) pan don't put bicarbonate of soda yet

Then warm the pan it doesn't matter how it could be like 180 or less

Mix it when it is warm in the pan and make sure you see bubbles leave it when you don't see bubbles when they apear mix it try to make sure that the bubbles are bigger than they used to be at the beginning when they are take the pan off the owen

Then put it somewhere else. Then add the bicarbonate of soda then Mix it again but not on the owen.

Then put the baking paper on something you want to put the toffee in. Then leave it to make it harder if you are lucky enough then you can cut it and inside you mabey could see the bubbles!
