So this beautiful accident happened one Sunday morning when all I wanted for breakfast was chocolate. You can change the theme by swapping the carob hazel spread for any kind of nut butter you want. It's not as sickly sweet as it looks - actually very flavoursome

Warm the milk and nut butter/spread in a saucepan over medium heat

Add oats and coconut and cook until the thickness / texture you like
