  1. 1 lbpork tenderloin cut into cubes
  2. 1 eachsweet onion cut into cubes
  3. 1 eachred pepper cut into cubes
  4. 1/2 eachfresh pinapple, pelled and cut into cubes
  5. 1/2 cuppineapple juice
  6. 3 tbspmrs dash caribbean citrus seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    mix pineapple juice and 2 tbsp mrs dash in a small bowl

  2. 2

    pour 6 tbsp of the pineapple juice mixture over the pork in a seperate bowl and the remaining over the vegetables. stir to coat evenly.

    cover and refrigerate for an hour

  4. 4

    thread pork pieces onto 9 skewers, alternating with onion, pepper and pineapple cubes. sprinkle on remaining 1 tbsp mrs dash.

    grill or broil for 10-15 minutes
