Marinate chicken with mixed spices for at least 2 hours.

In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, paprika, and seasoning.

In another bowl, whisk egg, sparkling water, and spices.

Coat chicken: dip in wet mix, then dry mix.

Place on air fryer pan, spray with oil.

Air fry at 190°C for 30 minutes, flipping at 15 minutes.

For buffalo sauce, mix all sauce ingredients.

Coat cooked chicken in buffalo sauce. Optionally, air fry 2 more minutes and coat again.

For dip, mix yogurt, herbs, oregano, paprika, and lime juice.

Serve chicken hot with yogurt dip on the side.
Tips
Double-coat the chicken for extra crispiness and use sparkling water in the batter for a lighter texture.
