3hard-boiled eggs
10radishes
1/3 cupplain Greek yogurt (about 80 grams)
1small dollop mustard
Mâche (lamb's lettuce)
Black pepper
Pink peppercorns
Dill

Hard-boil the eggs. Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles out of the bread slices. In a mixing bowl, mash the eggs. Add the mustard, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Slice the radishes into rounds. Place some mâche on each toast. Add the egg mixture on top.

Stick a few radish slices into the toasts. Arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with pink peppercorns and dill.
