Peel and wash the mushrooms thoroughly.

Toss mushrooms with oil to coat evenly.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper for less mess.

Place mushrooms in a single layer on the parchment paper.

Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve hot—great in an omelette, with bacon and egg, or with scrambled egg on toast.
