Ingredients

15 minutes
6 to 7 people
  1. 1 tbsolive oil
  2. 1 cuppuffed rice
  3. 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits (almonds,cashew, raisins)
  4. 1 tbssliced dry coconut
  5. 1/4 cuproasted chana
  6. Pinchhing
  7. 1/4 tspSalt
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  10. 10-12curry leaves
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Warm oil in a wok

  2. 2

    Add pinch of hing,curry leaves and mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Now add coconut slices.Roast for a minute

  4. 4

    Now add all dryfruits.

  5. 5

    Add all spices and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add roasted chana and puffed rice

  7. 7

    Give a few mix to the namkeen and ready to eat
