  • 26 piecesMeatballs (800 gr chicken thigh fillet & 200gr Shrimp)
  • 3 piecesPotato
  • 4 pieceCarrot
  • 20 piecesSnow peas
  • 2 stalkGreen onion
  • 1 tablespoonParsley
  • 1000 mlWater
  • 1teaspoon Totole jamur kaldu
  • 1/2 a thumb of ginger
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonPepper
  • 50gram Jamur kuping
  • 50gram Soun

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all, grind the chicken thighs and shrimp using a meat grinder until smooth.

    .Mix the grated carrots and the chopped wood ear mushrooms and soun

  3. 3

    Add meatballs and snow peas, simmer until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Boil water in a pot, add potatoes and carrots, and cook until slightly tender.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper,and kaldu totole

  6. 6

    Add chopped green onion and parsley before serving.
