Boil pasta in salted water with a little oil for 5 minutes, then drain.

Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan, add jeera and green chili, sauté for 30 seconds.

Add onion, tomato, capsicum, and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add boiled pasta, red chili powder, amchur powder, and tomato sauce. Cook for 10 min

Add dhaniya patta and squeeze half a nimbu over the pasta. Mix again.

Serve immediately.
Tips
Feel free to adjust the spice level and add any other vegetables you like!
