Steps

Prepare dough:
Mix flour + oil + water gradually. Knead until soft and smooth. Cover and rest 20 minutes. - 2
Prepare filling:
Heat a tiny pan, add cumin seeds and sauté 30 seconds.
Mix into mashed potatoes along with onion, carrot, coriander leaves, green chilli paste, black pepper, coriander & cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt (if needed). Set aside.Shape parathas:
Roll dough into a big chapati.
Use a heart-shaped cutter to cut chapati.
Place a spoon of potato filling in the center. Fold lightly to seal, keeping heart shape intact - 3
Cook parathas:
Heat non-stick pan/tawa on medium flame.
Cook each heart-shaped paratha until golden brown on both sides, lightly pressing edges. Prepare glaze:
Melt butter in a small pan.
Mix in mashed/finely chopped coriander leaves/parsley and black pepper. Finish:
Drizzle warm glaze over mini heart parathas just before serving. Serve: warm and Garnish: with small cubes of carrot.
Tips
Flip carefully; press edges lightly for sealed hearts.
