Mango Coffee Biscuit Pudding (Special Iftar Dessert)
This Mango Coffee Biscuit Pudding is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made especially for Iftar during Ramadan. The richness of whipped cream, the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes, and the mild flavor of coffee-soaked biscuits come together beautifully. It’s easy to prepare, requires no baking, and tastes even better when chilled — making it perfect for serving after a day of fasting.

Tips

1. Dip the Marie biscuits in coffee for just 1–2 seconds.
If they get too soft, the entire pudding becomes soggy.
2. Beat the cream until soft peaks form — not too runny, not too stiff.
Overbeating can make it grainy and affect the texture.
