- 4
Repeat the layers (coffee-dipped biscuits, mango slices, and cream) one after another until you have three layers or until the tray is filled up to ¾ of its height.Make sure the final layer is whipped cream.
- 5
Sprinkle cocoa powder evenly over the top. Lightly mark equal square portions to make serving easier.
Pipe small cream rosettes on each square piece and place a red cherry on top for decoration.Cover the tray with cling film and refrigerate until fully set. - 6
This dessert is specially prepared for Iftar and is a delightful way to break your fast with something creamy, fruity, and comforting.. Serve chilled.
Tips
1. Dip the Marie biscuits in coffee for just 1–2 seconds.
If they get too soft, the entire pudding becomes soggy.
2. Beat the cream until soft peaks form — not too runny, not too stiff.
Overbeating can make it grainy and affect the texture.
