Spicy herbal jumbo shrimp pasta salad

Day 1: Cook 1 lb box of elbow pasta, toss in 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil and refrigerator overnight.

Day 2: Fold in herbal sauce with chopped cilantro, rosemary and thyme with 2 tsp jerk sauce and 2 Tbsp mayo. Refrigerate overnight.

Day 3: Saute 1 lb jumbo shrimp in garlic and canola oil. Fold into salad mixture and refrigerate.
Tips
The longer the flavors blend, the better. Delicious!
