Healthy BRAT diet alternative for a sweet treat with an immunity boosting punch *see golden milk recipe*
Steps

Rinse and cook rice on medium heat. Once boiling, turn heat to medium-low for 10 min to reduce water. (Don’t let water evaporate completely). If any, drain excess water.

Add the milk and seasonings to bring to a simmer on medium to medium-low heat. Simmer, uncovered for 25 min, stirring every few minutes.

Add raisins and sweetener, moving to low heat. Cook for ~15min until rice has absorbed most liquid.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve! *Enjoy hot or cold!

Good for up to 2-4 days in the fridge, depending on milk type used!

Note: can adjust honey for sweetness, and milk for thickness!
