Caramelized Pork Ribs with Peking Duck Sauce

Could it be any easier? I think it’s impossible.
An opened jar of sauce, freshly bought pork ribs... so why not?
With this delicious and flavorful sauce, you can get perfectly caramelized meat... and I think the photos speak for themselves.

Steps
- 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of Peking duck sauce over each piece, brushing it well on the top side.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C), using both upper and lower heat. Bake the ribs until well browned. Flip them over and bake until the other side is browned as well.
- 3

- 4
Enjoy!
