I saw this recipe on TikTok but there were no measurements and I thought it would be a great idea to use Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

Place your chicken thighs in a bowl. Add oil of choice then the seasonings, mix around. Take your olive oil and heat your Dutch Oven to medium- medium high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from pot. Add diced celery, onion & carrots. Add thyme, stir; then add minced garlic and let sauté until fragrant. Melt butter and add flour, stir until you make a roux.

Pour in can of cream of chicken soup, mix then add chicken broth. If still very thick, add another cup of broth. Mix, taste and adjust seasonings.

Add chicken back in and bay leaves if using. Turn up heat and let come to a boil, stir. Then turn heat down and cover. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Work in making your dough by combining Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with milk and cheddar cheese. Remove chicken, shred it and bring back to the pot.

Add 1/3 cup of warm milk and stir. Drop small amounts of dough into pot with a fork. Turn off heat, cover and let dumplings steam to cook. If the chicken mixture is too thick add some chicken broth. Optional: mix seasoning packet from the box with butter and coat the top of the “dumplings.”
