Peel and clean the shrimp, then butterfly them.

Squeeze the juice from the limes and set aside.

Blend the 2 serrano peppers (remove seeds from one), cilantro, lime juice, and salt until you get a green sauce.

Slice the red onion and cucumber into thin rounds.

Place the shrimp in a bowl, cover with the green sauce, and mix well.

Add the onion and cucumber, and mix again.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
