Skewer the chicken thigh and place it on a oven rack

Grill the chicken skewers for 17 mins

Saute diced onion until soften and golden

Put the satay sauce and minced garlic, and mix well

Put the rest of sauce in and mix well

Add water intermittently to reduce the viscosity of the sauce
