Steps

Soak and wash the moong dal in water. Drain all the water and dry the moong dal.

In a pan dry roast the moong dal till aroma releases. Cool down completely. Grind it coarsely.

In a pan heat ghee and add gram flour, semolina and moong dal. Roast till colour changes

Add sugar, milk, water and stir until sugar dissolves completely.

Add cardamom powder and mix add ghee if required.
- 6
Garnish with dry fruits - cashewnuts, raisins, almonds.
- 7
Serve hot.
