Steps

Need too soften the One Cup measurement of Cashews by pouring boiling water from the Electric Kettle over the Cashews and then leave them overnight too rest in that water

Drain the water away and then add the softened Cashews to a Nutri Ninja Blender or Food Processor and then add the One Can 400g of Coconut Milk and then add the 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup and then blitz blend

Freeze in the Freezer, ideally as ice cubes. Once Rock solid - place in Nutri Ninja Blender or Food Processor and then blitz blend into a smooth Ice-cream, if the mix turns into a liquid - then put into a solid Plastic Container or Glass Container with a solid Plastic Lid and then freeze in the Freezer until set smooth
