Soak urad dal and moong dal together for 5 to 6 hours. After both dal soaked well, grind the dal in a mixer. Addwater gradually if required. Add salt to this mixture and mix well.

Now make vada from this ready mixture and deep fry in oil.

Take water in a vessel and add these fried vadas to it. Once the vadas absorb the water, press the vadas and remove the water.

For preparing Curd mixture take a bowl, add curd, add cumin powder, pepper powder and sugar and mix it well.

Now while serving Take a serving bowl, add vada removed from water, pour curd mixture on it. Sprinkle cumin powder, black pepper powder and red chilli powder and serve it. Enjoyy.
Tips
You can enhance taste of vada adding ginger / garlic as per your liking while grinding dal.
