Ingredients

  • 1chuck roast (about 3 1/2 lbs.), rinsed in cold water, trim off fat
  • 1 bag (24 ounces)mini medley potatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupchopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cupchopped yellow onions
  • 1 bag (12 ounces)frozen crinkle cut carrots
  • 2beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cupcold water

    Combine all ingredients into your crockpot…….

    Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours, shred meat lightly with 2 forks ……
