Mango Sorbet

Me and my family wanted a nice mango sorbet. I was on Google searching for a tasty recipe when I laid my eyes on this one.
I thought I could put the recipe on Cookpad for all of you to enjoy.
It is an amazing dessert so I hope you love it!

Steps
- 1
In a small mug, mix the sugar and water. Pop it in the microwave for 30–60 seconds until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool for a minute.
- 2
Peel your 2 mangoes and cut the flesh away. Chop the fruit into rough chunks.
- 3
Put the mango chunks, your sugar syrup, and the lemon juice into a blender or food processor. Blend until it is completely smooth and looks like a thick puree.
- 4
Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
- 5
Put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Take it out and give it a vigorous stir with a fork to break up any ice crystals. Repeat this one more time after another hour.
- 6
Let it freeze for a final 2–3 hours until firm. Scoop it into 4 small bowls.
Tips
If you want it instantly, peel and chop your mangoes first and freeze the chunks overnight. Then, just blend the frozen chunks with the syrup—it turns into "instant" sorbet right in the blender!
