Firstly, wash dal properly and soaked 5-6 hours. Drain water. Take a grinding jar add urad dal, moong dal, green chilli and ginger. Grind it smooth and fluffy batter.

Take it out in a large bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and beat it for 8-10 minutes soft and thick batter. Take a kadhai heat oil. Now start making small balls.

Fry on medium flame till golden brown and crisp. Take it out in a plate.

Now take a large bowl add hot water, salt and hing. Mix it well. Dip vadas completely into the water. Rest it for 30 minutes.

Take fresh and thick curd. Add 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 Bowl sugar. Whisk well in smooth consistency. Then squeeze the Vada slightly and dip into the curd. Arrange a serving plate. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle salt, black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala.

Dahi Vada is ready now. Serve it and enjoy.....😋😋
