Raw banana is a very universal ingredient that can be used in many ways - I made Katori chaat - spicy and flavourful
Steps

Take a raw banana and wash, peel the skin and fry in a wok half done
- 2
Cool and place on a ladle and press with another ladle to form a Katori shape
- 3
In the same wok add more oil, heat and place the katori and on low flame fry both sides
- 4
Set aside and cool
- 5
Assemble- in a bowl add boiled Chana or chickpeas and add chaat masala and red chilli powder and salt and mix well, whisk yogurt
- 6
Once cooled to the Katori add chickpeas or Chana, garmish whisked yogurt, drizzle red chilli powder and chaat masala, add chopped onion and coriander leaves, garnish with jhuribhaja
Tips
Be careful when pressing the fried raw banana with another ladle as it can break
