Farali dahi pettis

My mother used to make these patties very well and I learned from her.
Steps

First we will prepare the potatoes by steaming them
Once it is done, we will mash it properly so there will be no lumps in it
We will pour two spoons of arrowroot in it. - 2
Now we will prepare the masala, for that we will mix coconut powder roasted groundnut powder, roasted sesame seeds, one cup of potato masa, add cashew pieces, raisins, spices, lemon and pour it into small balls.

Now we will take the prepared mashed potatoes and make a ball with the help of hand and fit the ball in it and then pour it in arrowroot.Now we will fry it in oil. So, this is how your farali dahi patties are prepared

Now we will prepare the curd, for this we will add sugar, black salt and cumin powder to the curd and prepare it.

Now add the prepared curd to a plate, add the patties to it and serve.
Tips
These patties will taste great even without yogurt.
