This year women,s mday this recipe for day lets celebrate the power and love of women who inspire us everyday. This recipe dedicated for my mother sister and friend. This is quick snack and breakfast. That day she really love to eat.

First take 1 cup suji add salt and add 1hot water mix well.

And make soft dough leave it for 15 minutes. Then cut all the vegetables and chopped onion green chilli arrange in small bowl. Then heat a pan add 2 tsp oil and garlic cloves.

Then add chopped green chilli chopped onion and chopped carrot and salt and red chilli powder turmeric powder and lemon juice and1 tsp garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well roast for sometime.

And make proper stuffing then take again dough. Add add 2 tsp wheat flour in dough so dough become soft. Then dough the divided in two parts And 1 part roll it and make big roti.

And make again second part roll it and make big roti then spread proper feeling on 1 roti then put second roti on it again roll it then cut into small slices.

Then spread tomato sauce on every slice and make small role it and and steam it in pan.

Then healthy tasty vegetable suji steam momos is ready. Then transfer to a dish and arrange it and decorate with tomato sauce and serve with masala curd.Eat enjoy for international women,s day. Enjoy !!!
