Easy Cheese Pie with 16 Phyllo Sheets

Mix the flour with the warm water, salt, olive oil, and vinegar. Set aside.

Combine the cheese with the yogurt and egg.

Divide the dough into 16 balls for the phyllo sheets (8 for the bottom, 8 for the top).

Roll out each ball into a plate-sized sheet and brush each one with the vegetable oil and margarine (or butter) mixture.

Place the first 8 sheets in the refrigerator while you prepare the other 8 sheets.

Grease a large baking pan and layer the first 8 sheets together to form the bottom crust.

Spread the cheese filling evenly over the base, then cover with the remaining 8 sheets.

Fold the edges, brush with the remaining oil mixture, cut into pieces, and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.
