Ingredients

45-50 minutes
8 servings
  • 3mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 150 gbrown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 Tbspvanilla
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 110 gGreek yogurt
  • 240 gflour
  • 1 Tbspbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 120 gchocolate chips (reserve some for topping)

Steps

45-50 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 45-50 minutes. If split in two loaves, bake each for 25-30 minutes.
